Well, I can't help publishing this column, as negotiations are still underway when a well-loved site under the able stewardwardship of Nikhil Mahajan is still awaiting the right and best bidder of whom we will be left to the tender mercies.

I've just learned from a fellow writer that Expertscolumn is actually an Indian-owned, writing website, much to my surprise, which managed to tower over, and achieved superstar status among, other American and British-owned  publishing sites.  That alone makes you wonder why the difference.

Be that as it may,  though it wasn't very good news, to begin with, when we heard or read over the weekend that this all-time high site was actually to be sold, after all, over the breakfast tables are abuzz with speculations, among authors already enamoured of the site, about the "bogey-man" of a take over looming on the horizon.

So sad when a capable administrator like Nik exits the scene, leaving us all orphaned, regardless of the brickbats that came his way from the disgruntled few.  Which was to be expected for I understand that in any administration of business, the one at the helm cannot please everyone.

It is a tribute to India, therefore, that Expertscolumn had been conceived and created, spoken in glowing terms all over the world, and rightly so at  this time when there is a dearth of dedicated sites remotely similar is nowhere seen on the horizon, where the glut of scam sites or sights cloud the  the north skies.

I will be looking  forward to seeing your beautiful writes, dear fellow writers, at the next eclipse of the sun and  moon that will happen shortly at the same mighty time!

Best of Luck to Nik, and Us!

This is a very sweet article. :)

Thanks, love.:)

Rightly said, my friend. Nik is great. It is no small job to lift a site like this to the top. It is sad that he is leaving us.

But I'm glad you are here, my friend. Thanks.

So sweet of you to dedicate this page for those victims of the 9/11 catastrophe, Buzz. Anyway, this is some news for me about Mr. Nikhil Mahajan, leaving the management. I mean, he was really good about it. Well, the best of luck to all of us.

Thanks lovely Kabs. All the best!
