Expertscolumn, The Haven of Great Writers.

I've observed that Expertscolumn has become the site where great writers from other writing websites have sought refuge in,  those abandoned where they have wasted their time writing so much for nothing. There has been a mass exodus here for that very reason.  

Like something smelling so sweet, as sugar does, swarms of writers like flies have migrated into Expertscolumn, and you'd better believe it.  Those they left behind they scoff  at as scam sites which only exist as milking them dry for their creativity, not to mention hard work.  And that was very obvious only later. After a year of loyalty, no less. 

Admittedly,  many  writer friends, like on Triond and Wikinut, two "giant" websites, only write with the motivation to have their work published, much more with their choice of images uploaded, or you tube videos embedded, for moderators to consider their pages "STAR" pages as a feather in their cap.  No, they don't need cents or money.  They only wanted recognition.

They are what I call the minority.  Unfortunately, when I raised this distinction, on  Wikinut, which pays writers abnormally, and ridiculously, low,  star page writers raised a howl.  Which was Understandable.  After all, they are the cream of the administrators enriched with the fats and cholesterol.:)  

So to go back,  I don't know Nik here, the administrator, or Sharon and Jack (oh, but  not really, being once at Wiki together), the fact is, EC is the place to earn decently.  Nik  just emailed me that he deposited my 2nd 5 USD to Paypal, something I had never experienced having and getting from other writing websites.  

At Expertscolumn, I'm at ease even when I am logged out, because I get a more than a fair number of page views and readership each day (even when after they have server issues:))... and my earnings are safely andd consistently climbing!
