Eating snacks throughout the day is frowned upon by quite a few people, I wouldn't say most people, because it isn't, but there are a few people who either despise or dislike eating snacks throughout the day. They may have their own reasons, but one reason I know if, is to do with weight loss and obesity.
It's been in the News a few weeks back, that eating snacks throughout the day can add a few pounds to your weight, depending on how many snacks you actually eat, you could apparently be adding pounds on either daily, or weekly.
I feel this information isn't correct for the general public, yes, some people will put on weight a lot easier than others, but some don't. Take me for example, I can eat lots of snacks throughout the day, but I don't put any weight on.
It's not that I can't put weight on, because I can, though I try to stay slim, it's the way I like to be, but the snacks I eat just don't add any or much weight on to me at all, and I eat biscuits and crisps, when you're playing games, you do get peckish inbetween each game, it just happens, your not neccessarily hungry, so you jus t go and take a snack.
The point I'm trying to pull across is that, not everyone will put on lots of weight from eating snacks throughout the day, although some people will.
