Earning A Living Online, A Myth?

Well the good news about making money online is it is definitely not a myth. But then again it is not as easy as people would have you believe.
Earning income brilliant enough to base your daily survival on can be done, but the truth of the matter is it is not easy. Earning a living online is hard and entails putting in a great deal of effort and hard work. If you are looking for an easy way for making money online then please forget about it. Earning a living online is not a myth, but making money online the easy way is surely the myth!
A recent survey showed that almost a hundred percent of people who try to make easy money online end up failing; so my reader please don’t fall a victim to sugar coated advertisements that claim to teach or show people how to make thousands of dollars within the blink of an eye on the internet. It is simply impossible to do that except that is if one is doing it illegitimately – something I would never advise people to do!!

Like I said before there is no easy way to earn money online, but there are indeed ways which require dedication and a reasonable amount of hard work injected into the methods. There are several ways one can succeed making money online – several avenues that can make you good money providing you reciprocate with hard work. So let us explore one of my favorite areas where you can actually succeed in your quest of making money online.
The number one area where a lot of people are actually earning money online today is through writing – Online Writing.

There are two ways you can go about this: (1) You can either write for yourself or (2) Write for companies or parties that are willing to pay you for your words.

Writing for yourself – when you have decided to write for yourself, I recommend you try submitting your materials to major sites like Triond, Expertscolumn, Hubpages, and Associated Content. You can also try Helium which is another fantastic avenue for writers to publish their works and make money from them while at the same time they get some good exposure. There are several experienced writers that are using the above-mentioned avenues to generate brilliant income that they are living on. A writer friend of mine who writes steadily for Hubpages tells me he makes as much as $1,500 a month from his numerous high traffic contents on Hubpages. I do believe him as he has quit his day job and writing is basically all that he does. Besides he is quite a prolific writer. But let me warn you once again, it is not as easy as it looks like. You cannot just create an account with anyone of the above sites and publish just some material that you have written and instantly expect to make hundreds of dollars. No way! Making money online does not work like that. You need a great deal of dedication and constant hard work.

Writing for a company or party – This is another good way to write and make good money online as there are a whole lot of companies and employers out there looking for writers to write for them. A lot of writing jobs are basically scattered about the internet that pay writers very well. Just Google it and you would find them in their numbers. While you are at it be wary as just like anything there are some of the employers that might end up proving to be unscrupulous either they would not pay for your work or pay too little for it. So be careful when navigating that territory.

Earning online money through writing to me is the greatest and the best part of it is it is totally free to venture into unlike some other online businesses where you’d have to start with a capital or even a website. With this you do not need anything besides your imagination, your computer and an internet connection. These are the only things you’d need and then you might just be on your way into making money online and realizing that earning a living online might just not be a myth.
