Does Micro-worker really pay?

Micro-workers scam or legit? I think this site Micro worker does not work for Indian workers, I have requested for a PIN four times for which they charge $2 every time but they have not sent me any PIN so far. I am not sure if some people find it legit but I am not satisfied with this site.

The only message I can see is that 'if you do not get a PIN in 21 days, request for another PIN. While a fresh request for another PIN is made they deduct $2 again and one cannot request for pay unless the account balance is minimum $9.Therefore, I am making my efforts for earning on that site for the PIN requests only as I have already paid $8 and yet to get a pin.

I requested for my PIN on 16th July2012 and yet to get it. My details are correct there so they cannot say that they have not my proper details or any thing like that. Previously this was Paypal issue, but now I have applied through money-booker and once through alert-pay, but nothing works. Therefore, for me this is not a legit site despite my 100% track-record there. Probably they do not give this code to Indians.

I am not sure at least they have not sent a code to me despite my four paid requests. I have not received my code although I have requested for a PIN 4 times paying $2 every time, which they deduct from our accounts every time for a request.

I have been trying to get that code for last 2 years. I have asked for my pay through different pay processors but they neither sent a PIN nor ever replied to my emails. That proves that they are no more paying to their members, at least I am one of them. I am not sure why they are running tasks/jobs there and who complete those tasks?

I think these are not meant for Indians although some of them are meant for Indians only. I think they are sure that they will save 100% on jobs done by Indians because they shall have to pay nothing to any one. 

I shall be obliged if any Indian can tell me whether they pay to Indians or is this a simple fraud site? Any Indian member of that site who has received payment can clarify the matter in a better way please. http://socyberty.com/society/for-me-micro-workers-is-scam/
