One particular consideration could be the total denial of the parents who could be the carrier of this disease. Social welfares play an important factor in addressing this problem by giving them assessment and awareness of its risks and any possible remedy.

The battle over diseases like AIDS among children has been one of the main concerns of the social welfare officers. They are to come up with a strong public policy to confront this rising and nearly epidemic disease. If not properly addressed, this problem would continue not only to compromise the whole country’s health and safety condition, but the economic situation as well.

The economic impact of this issue happens when more children are getting sick due to the improper treatment and negligence. As a result, more adult people especially family members and the caretakers would be intervened from their usual endeavor in order to pay much closer attention on the sick children.
