Now that Days of Our Lives is at the highpoint of its story lines, Days of Our Lives fans may go through withdrawal symptoms while the show is on hiatus during the Olympic Games. What will fans of DOOL do while the show is off the air for two weeks?

There are a few things that a fan can do to as a remedy of not being able to see whether EJ gets released from prison and tries to escape to another country perhaps, if Nicole will loose her baby, if Ian indeed killed Stefano Dimera, if Melanie will be found and or if Will who is becoming possessed with helping EJ will crack up if EJ goes to prison.  Just a few of story lines that can cause nail biting for the weak at heart or nervous about not knowing what is happening to their beloved Days of Our Lives soap opera characters.

During the two weeks Days of Our Lives is off TV after July 27th, this could be a great time for new fans and old alike to review the character bios and previous stories of current characters that may have been on the show and just returned.  Hulu and NBC.com both show old Days of Our Lives classic episodes such as when Marlena was possessed by the devil.  Getting involved with forums could be another fun idea to pass the time away and also still feel connected to Days of Our Lives.  Try to stay away from spoilers that can take away from the excitement of the show when it returns.  What you may really not want to do is pick up another soap opera to watch. This could ruin the ability to stay focused on Days and stayed to another show and or make for more of your time spent watching or taping soaps to view later.
