Dance Like No One’s Watching…. Oh Crap The Neighbours Can See Me

Well I definitely take the that saying to heart as I am always dancing around my house, although my husband has walked in more than a few times and announced “You Know the Neighbours Can See You Right?” No, I didn’t actually know that but, the thing is .. I just don’t care.

Well I definitely take the first line to heart as I am always dancing around my house with baby girl, although my husband has walked in more than a few times and announced “You Know the Neighbours Can See You Right?”
No, I didn’t actually know that but, the thing is .. I just don’t care.
When have you ever been in a bad mood when you were shaking your bootie? I can’t recall a time myself, it even makes my least favourite chore of doing dishes manageable. My daughter dances at anything that even has a mild beat; clapping, the doorbell, her numerous annoying toys, although her personal favourite is “Somebody that I used to Know” by Gotye. When I sing her a lullaby to try to get her to sleep she just looks up at me and starts dancing and I have to admit she’s got some moves for a one year old.

So… so what if the neighbours can see, I’m sure they all wish they were grooving it right now without caring how much of an idiot they looked like because I may not look like I belong on “So You Think you Can Dance” but atleast I’m having a good time, and I still got nearly a decade to shake my groove thing before my daughter becomes embarrassed of me too.
