Crazy scary discussion...

I work for a consulting firm. Generally during Fridays we will be having less work. During that time we use to have fun by playing team building activities or by simply chatting. Today morning the same thing happened we had very less work, we finished it soon. By that time one of my colleagues started by saying, “what if instead of IT we were into underworld recruitment???”

Then the discussion started. Many innovative ideas came out of our mind like, In such case the CV screening will be depend on how many murders,robbery, half murders that a person has done or how many times he had been to jail.

Then interview will be taken by means of giving such tasks. The selected candidates will be given some amount of fixed ctc and will be taken as permanent or contract employees of certain underworld group. And incentives will be given on the basis of completion of specific task. If that candidate survive in the same underworld group for more than 6 months we will be paid for our work.

Then my colleague told that, “After all those we will be in news. Everybody will respect us a lot, not because we have done a great work, Its because they will be scared of us”. The fun in the discussion disappeared. Almost similar kind of opinion appeared in each of our face. That is, the scary black cloud which has been formed in the clear sky of our society is 'underworld'.

That’s true. During olden days people use have fear about external enemies. In today’s life we will be having enemies among ourselves, at what time,what will happen with whom nobody will be knowing. Everyday we will hear one or the other scary news. Our government is trying a lot to remove that stuff from the society. But, still it is growing like anything. Who said that we are living a better life??? If we are only like this then how about our future generation????? This has to be taken seriously....
