We need to stop for a while and enjoy the beauty in our life.
Could you please wait for a while?
One day, I was on my way home with my son. Because of hurry, my eyes were too busy to fix on other things. Suddenly, my son shouted at me:“mum, could you please wait for a while?”I stopped and my son pointed to the garden in the city center and said:“look, there are full of flowers on that tree.”
I raised my head and looked towards the direction of his finger: well, royal paulowinia flowers are in full blossom, one next to another, the purple flowers are packed. I suddenly remembered a beautiful poem I read very earily:
How could I let you meet me,
While I am in my most beautiful period.
For flowers, it is an easy thing to be beautiful, but not everybody can stop to enjoy. For example, if my son not asked me to stop, I will just hurry for home without noticing surroundings. Why we always in hurry, and never think of stopping to enjoy beautiful scenes?
I looked around: wow, even the greens are in difference. The green of withy is so graceful, just is like an actor’s or dancer’s long sleeves in classical operas or dances; two or three buds just rose from Chinese scholar tree, their green is so tender and has a beauty of obscuration; while in the cypress, the green is so deep and strong, just like it want to show the strength in its bones, and also like somebody spill green grease paint onto the branches and leaves.
Wow! What a beautiful scene in the yard: flowers are in blossom, the green of trees and grass is all over the garden. Well, if only you are willing to stop for a while, you will enjoy beautiful pictures surrounding you.
I realized that those who really know how to live must know well about the pausa in music book. There must be some pauses to present a stop. So, why we can’t stop our busy footsteps at some occasions? Our life also needs a pausa, to let our spirit have a rest. Keep the balance of working and rest is the keystone of life. Know how to enjoy and be happy is the true meaning of life. There never lack of beautiful things, just lack of eyes which enjoy them.
