Pregnancy has always been associated with various discomforts. Some of these are nausea and vomiting, back ache, varicose veins, hemorrhoids and candidiasis. Read further to know how to relieve these discomorts.

1. Nausea and Vomiting
In the first three months, the pregnant woman usually experiences nausea and vomiting. Its called morning sickness because this discomfort usually occurs  in the morning.  In order to avoid it, the pregnant can eat small frequent meals. It is also advisable that she eats dry crackers.

2. Backache
Pregnant women can experience backache due to balancing the growing fetus in their womb. Often, they make a lordosis position. Backache can be prevented by doing proper body mechanics. For instance, if the pregnant woman is picking something from the ground, it is better to squat than to bend the waist. It is also a big no to wear heals.

3. Varicosities
If there are bulging veins in the pregnant woman's leg, it might probably be varicosities.To avoid this, allow ones feet to have rest periods. It is also advisble to elevate the legs while sleeping and to wear support stockings.

4. Hemorrhoids
Topical anesthetics can be used and be only applied to the affected part of anus. You can also take stool softeners to prevent constipation. 

5. Candidiasis
It can be characterized by the appearance of white frothy discharge from vagina. Doctors normally prescribe Miconazole, or Cotrimazole to treat it.
