Since cooking is one of my talents I am again writing about cooking and another fantastic dish which is very popular in Pakistan and this part of the world. People in Pakistan, India and Bangladesh love this dish and is cooked very often in every home. Asian people who have settled in USA, Europe and other parts of the world have introduced this dish to the local people who have started liking it and this dish is now often found in restaurants. It is easy and quick to make, tasty and above all healthy too.
The ingredients for the dish are chicken in pieces one kilogram, diced tomatoes half kilogram, garlic paste one table spoon, chopped coriander leaves, green chili medium size seven to eight, red pepper to taste, salt to taste, oil one cup, turmeric powder one tea spoon, garam masala one tea spoon, thinly sliced ginger and black pepper one teas spoon.
The method is described as follows, first take the chicken pieces and marinate in garlic paste. Then heat oil in a wok and add marinated chicken in the wok. Fry the chicken for about seven to ten minutes and add all the spices into chicken. Then add the diced tomatoes mixing them thoroughly with the chicken. Let the chicken cook on low flame until it becomes slightly tender. When the chicken is tender it means the dish is ready. Take it out in a serving bowl and garnish with thinly sliced ginger and chopped green chili. You can serve the dish with chapatti or naan.
