Ingredients:

200 grams of cooked pepper chicken cut into strips(for the recipe of how to make pepper chicken please click on the link at the bottom of this article. Sorry but Expertscolumn will delete my article if I post it here! They have a strict rule about pasting links at the bottom of your column.)

Mixed Peppers - 1 each of green, yellow and red. Cut the pepper into wide stips.

I onion chopped  into wide strips like the peppers

1 tablespoon sesame oil or plain vegeatable oil

Salt to taste

For the stir fry sauce you will need: tamarind, soya sauce, pepper powder(black), and sugar.

Mix together 1 tablespoon each of thick tamarind juice and soya sauce, a pinch ground black pepper powder, and a little bit of sugar. Stir well and keep aside.

Method for preparation:

In a wok or a large pan( if you don't have have a wok) heat sesame or plain oil and stir fry the onions and pepper for 5 minutes only, on medium flame. Then add the chicken strips and stir fry again for one or two minutes, again on medium flame.

Next pour the prepared sauce into the stir fry. Increase the flame to high. Season with salt. Keep on flame for another two minutes.Turn off the fire and you have a delicious stir fry.

Stir fry of any kind is a great meal to have and this one sounds good. I use a lot of leftovers and stir fry them together and ad them to noodles or rice. Great sharing,thanks
