Since cooking is one of my passion and talent I am again writing about cooking and another very delicious dish which is very popular in Pakistan and South Asian part of the world. People in Pakistan, India, Bangladesh and South Asia love this dish and is cooked often in every home. Asian people who have settled in USA, Europe and other parts of the world have introduced this dish to the local people who have started liking it and this dish is now often found in restaurants. It is easy to make, tasty and above all healthy too.

The ingredients for the dish are Chicken one kilogram, Green chili 250 grams, Dry red chili four to five, Fenugreek seeds one fourth tea spoon, Mustard seeds one tea spoon, Fennel seeds one tea spoon Onion seeds half tea spoon, Salt to taste, Turmeric powder half tea spoon, Yogurt half cup, Oil three table spoon, Onions three medium size, Ginger garlic paste one table poon, Red chili powder half tea spoon and Coriander powder one table spoon.

The cooking method is described below. First of all we need to grind dry red chili, fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, fennel seeds and onion seeds coarsely and after that add the ground spices and chicken in yogurt. Then cut the green chillies length wise keeping the stems intact and add to the chicken and mix. Then we need to marinate the chicken for one hour in a refrigerator. Now take a pan and heat oil in it. Cut the onions into small cubes and add to the oil and cook lightly. Then add ginger garlic paste and fry till it becomes lightly browned. Now add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt and cook. After that add marinated chicken along with the marinade, stir well and add one cup water. When it comes to a boil cover and cook on low heat for around fifteen minutes or till the chicken becomes tender. Now your dish is ready for serving. Take out the dish, garnish it and serve hot.

I assure you that the dish is very delicious and healthy and I do hope that you people shall try it at home. Do let me know how your experience was with the dish. Look forward to hearing your positive feedback.
