Lucid dream gives an experience that you are not likely to forget in your lifetime. Being able to dream lucidly isn't a gift and you need not to be a born lucid dreamer, some have this gift since birth but, everyone is a potential lucid dreamer and all you need to do is to convert this potential into kinetics.
Just like every skill, lucid dreaming takes time to master. It could take a month without you having one of those or maybe more than a month but eventually it will come. All it takes is a little practice and strong will.
Here are some steps to get started-
1. Always have a dream journal and record every detail of the dream in it. This increases your dream recall and your frequency of becoming lucid.
2. Never give up. Some newbie tends to give up just because they can’t get their first lucid dream . This should under all conditions be avoided (it takes a little time).
3. Have a will to get lucid dream each time you are on your bed trying to sleep. When there is will, there is way.
4. Also never be skeptical about LD’s. They have been scientifically proven and researched thoroughly.
Keep practicing till you get your first lucid dream and practice more after that to master this skill. It could take years to have a lucid dream at will, but it will pay off. Keep practicing and write a comment if you want help. Good luck
