Butter also has great importance in our life like milk because of its caloric and nutritive value. It has been found that one kilogram of butter contains 7,400 calories of energy, zero protein, 820 grams fats, zero carbohydrates and 150 grams water. It also contains vitamin A.
Cream is commonly used in the preparation of different kinds of dairy products. One kilograms of cream contains 2100 calories of energy, 20 grams of proteins, 210 grams of fats, 30 grams of carbohydrates and 720 grams of water. It also contains vitamin A.
Cheese is a dairy product that is used on large extent throughout the world. One kilogram of cheese contains 1550 calories of energy, 220 grams of protein, 250 grams of fats, zero carbohydrate and 440 grams of water. It contains some vitamin including A, B2 and Niacin.

One kilogram of margarine contains 7400 calories of energy, zero protein, 810 grams of fats, zero carbohydrates and 160 grams of water. It contains vitamin A.
