Nobody makes you jump out of your seats like Blake Griffen. The way he dunks can be called art. The ferociousness that he brings to the court is unmatched. When Blake Griffen goes for a dunk, the opposing team's players move out of the way. They have seen enough highlights of Blake Griffen dunking on players. One does not simply block Blake Griffen.

Blake Griffen was the first overall pcik by the Los Angeles Clippers in 2009. Blake injured his knee during practice and had to get surgery. This forced Blake Griffen the 2009 NBA season. In 2010, Blake finally got his chance to play in the NBA and he didn not disappoint. Blake Griffen ended up being the rookie of the year. Blake averaged 22.5 points and 12.1 rebounds. Blake was listed as a rookie because he didn't play a game in the 2009 season. The impact Blake Griffen had on the NBA was never witnessed before. All you would see on television was Blake Griffen dunking on somebody. Blake was feared by his opponents and adored by his fans. Blake may have been the best number pick since Lebron James.

The Clippers however, had a bad record that season. Blake Griffen couldn't carry the team by himself. The Clippers acquired Chris Paul to help Blake Griffen. Chris Paul became the leader of the team and made his teammates better. The Clippers made the playoffs and faced the Memphis Grizzlies in the first round. The series went to seven game and the Clippers came out victorious. The second round, The Clippers played the San Antonio Spurs. The Clippers had no answer for the Spurs and ended up getting up swept 4-0. I believe the Clippers will only get better. Blake is still devolping into a great player and Chris Paul is one great point guard. I am sure Blake Griffen will be a Hall of Famer when his career is over.
