Skin is a very essential part of our being. It plays a major role to look beautiful and fresh. Skin also regulates our body's temperature. It is better to take care of your skin instead of waiting for skin problems as a proverb says "Prevention is better than cure".
Followings are Some Tips to take care of your skin in a natural way :
1.Soap is not good for glowing skin. Avoid soap. Use green gram powder mixed with milk.
2. Cucumber is considered as natural cleanser. Take cucumber juice and mix it with milk and use it as cleanser.
3.Take few cashew nut and make a fine paste using milk and apply it on face and let it be for 15 minutes. Do it continuously for one week. You will feel the difference in your skin.
4.Smash a piece of apple and mix it with milk and boil for sometime. Apply this paste to your face. It helps to increase your complexion.
5.Tomato paste is also very useful for your skin. Make paste of tomato and apply on your face for 15 minutes and wash it with cool water. Try it once in a week.
6.Remove skin of tomato & scrub it on face. Let it dry then wash your face.
7.Mixture of honey and milk also can be applied to get glowing skin.
8.Mix vinegar and rose water in equal quantities and apply on face.
9.Take apple slice and rub it on oily skin . It helps to control oily shine of face.
10.Paste of red sandal powder and coconut milk is also very good for your skin. Apply it on your face for getting soft skin.
11.Prepare a mixture of brown sugar and milk and apply to face and let it be for overnight. Wash it in the morning. It improves smoothness of your skin.
12.Boil cabbage in water. Wash your face with this water after cooling.
13.Rub a piece of papaya on your face for 15 to 20 minutes. You can use it on your neck also.
14.Haldi (turmeric powder) is very good for glowing skin. Mix 2 tablespoon haldi powder in orange juice. Scrub it on face and leave it for 15 to 20 minutes. Wash it with cold water. Apply same for neck also.
15.Massaging is an excellent anti-aging therapy and olive oil is an excellent moisturizer. Using both can create wonder. Just try it now. Massage your face with warm olive oil and rinse it off using a cleanser. It will provide healthy glow for your skin.
16.Turmeric(Haldi) and Sandalwood (Chandan) paste is a traditional skin care method. It is very good to make your skin glowing and beautiful. It improve complexion of your skin also. Mix Haldi powder , chandan powder and milk properly and apply it on your face.
17.Make a paste of honey and lemon juice by mixing. This paste is very good to get soft and glowing skin. Apply this paste on your face. Wash your face after 10 to 15 minutes.
18.If your skin is dry, massage your skin with curd at least once in a week. You will get glowing skin and get rid of dry skin as well with ease.
19.Having a bath twice a day is a good method to keep your skin clean. It will make your body cool as well.
20.Wash your face when you come back from out.
21.Don't take tea and coffee. It would be good to take buttermilk.
22.If you have dandruff, get rid of it . Very often dandruff causes pimples.
23. Take a healthy diet . Eat salad and drink juice daily. Avoid sugar for juice . Use honey. Instead of sugar.
24.Don't eat junk or fast food and fried food.
25.Steam your face once in a week. It removes dirt from your facial skin effectively.
26.Exercise daily. Go for morning walk. It will improve blood circulation and keep you fresh.
