Constipation
1) Drink Water: Our bodies need water to maintain it's hydration. If it's not properly hydrated your large intestinewill seach for it's hydration elsewhere. This will extract water from the feces, leaving it dry and hard to expell from your body!! Many people don't realise just how important water really is to our bodies! We need water to help every part of us run smoothly!! Over half of our bodies are water, doesn't it kinda make sense that we need to consume it???
2) Evaluate You Diet: A properly balanced diet will help you cure and avoid constipation. Increasing your fiber intake will help keep your system moving reqularly. Some foods that are high in fiber are: Whole Grains and products made from them, bread, muffins pastas etc. Whole grains are very high in fiber. Fresh & Dried, Fruits & Veggies. Prunes, Raisins, Dates, tomatoes, corn, broccoli etc.
Consuming enough fiber daily may seem tough, but there's fiber in so many things!!
*Plant based foods are the best places to look for the freeing fiber you need to keep you regular!* It really doesn't take much to add a little extra fiber into your daily routine. An orange, a serving of broccoli at dinner. You owe it to youself to take better care of you!
3) Know Your Body: Go when you gotta go. When you get that urge GO, Don't wait! Holding it in too long also contributes to constipation.Combine proper excercise with a proper diet to avoid constipation all together. Avoiding constipation is essential to enjoying great health!!
