If you are using as an example e-harmony that has an automatic renewal program for paying on its dating service accounts, you need to go into the account and find the cancellation page and or buttons. To confirm your cancellation call the company.
Sign into your PayPal account using your email address and password. Go to the My Account tab and find Profile. Click on Profile and a drop down box will appear. You will see the words More Options. Click on it and a page will open with yellow letters now saying My Profile over a grey box with the words, My business info, My money, My settings and My selling tools. The PayPal My preapproved payments page appears to view all automatically billed payments authorized. Find the company or companies in active status at the far right of the company name. Click on the active button and wait until the word inactive appears.
Simply click on the name of the company, it will take you to another page under Billing Details and cancel the automatic billing ability for that company. If there are more than one company you need to cancel simple use the back button where you will see the previous active button saying inactive and can repeat the process for any other company.
