To Attempt Getting Everywhere At The Same Time, Is To Go Nowhere At All

Until you succeed with God, you cannot succeed in life nor in eternity. Many people are so consumed by the responsibilities of this life that they totally forget about God who is onnipresent, omniscient, and ever ready to help us. The acquisition of spiritual wisdom makes it possible for anyone to have appreciable awareness about God! Make it a habit to start your day with God and you will acquire control and direction within the day. If your day starts haphazardly, you will likely loose control of the day.

It was the English preacher Charles Haddon Spurgeon who said - "to meddle with everything is to muddle them all up". The great reformer, Martin Luther once said that - "I have so much work to do today that I must spend the first three hours of the day in prayer to God". Life can make alot of demands from us at times. The duties bestowed upon us by nature can often generate so much pressure. Daily, there are alot of things attracting our attention like - job, siblings, familiy, spiritual responsibility, etc. It thus becomes hard to know the best area we actually have to concentrate on for our greatest benefit.

It is worthy to note that in attempting to do so many things at once, we'll likely over-stretch ourselves and become tired and frustrated. So, for our own good, what should we do? First of all, let us place God at the summit in our lives. If you invest in the things of God, you are directly investing for a great life. If you do not invest in God, you cannot prevail in this life nor in the life to come. To be too busy to a point whereby you lose part-time focus on God, is to hurry towards failure!

To make great benefits for your day, always prepare your ways before the Creator, or atleast - live your life right! Do not do unto others what you do not want others to do unto you. You must also identify the priorities you hold in esteem in your life. Outline those things that make you succeed spiritually, socially, economically, and in any other way attractive to you. Allot time to your priorities within each day, knowing fully well that you are not expected to do everything. Just do the right things and do your best. Attend to one issue per period of time; when you have finished with one matter, you can then move to the next. Never forget that you cannot prevail in creation without God on your side.
