A person can really understand the feeling of others when he is in ther shoe. It is aptly said that the person who suffers the pain will only knew the affect of suffering. It is generally observed that people try to give advice to follow this or that without knowing the reason why the sufferer is too worried about. It is always good to give some guidance only when really needed by the sufferer. Otherwise, one should never involve in other’s matter personally.
It is common experience that we feel rather isolated in pain or suffering. Our mind generally gets upset and in the process we get a feeling of irritation in every work we do and try to neglect the most part of it. We donot put much interest in the same. In that situation, we should not blame ourself but try to find a way out of the problem. But, it is amazing to know that our mind doesnot listen to our body. Body and mind has got a good relationship. If he are physically fit our mind will be alert and receive the important things.
We should try to take help of others in such situation and sometimes it is through their guidance we can solve the issue. Nothing is impossible. Try to think that everything is fine within ourself. It is nothing but the art of self motivation. Slowly the things will improve. The changes which we bring may bring a great chance and can help in solving the problem. After reaching a certain age in one’s life, one may realize the essence of having a companion or a friend with whom he or she can share his or her feeling . It is good to have a friend or any one who can give a helping hand. But it is always to be remembered that we should be choosy while choosing a friend before revealing everything to him or her.
