Arsenal the host team have lost two consecutive games against Norwich in the premier league and Schalke 04 in the UEFA Champions group stages. Manager of the side Arsene Wenger would be hoping that his side bounces back to wining ways when the play host to bottom placed QPR at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

Arsenal cannot afford to lose this game especially when their next opponent in the league is second placed Manchester United at the Old Trafford Stadium, where they suffered a terrible defeat last season, losing to the Red Devils by 8-2.

England international Alex Ox-Lade Chamberlain faces a late match fitness test, but is expected to make the bench.

However, players like contract rebel Theo Walcott, Abou Diaby, Kieran Gibbs and goal keeper Wojciech Szczesny all injured and highly expected not to be included in the squad that would face QPR on Saturday.

He is expected to have a starting line-up that includes p0layers like; Vito Mannone, Andre Santos, Thomas Vermaelen, Laurent Koscienly, Bacary Sagna, Mikel Arteta, Francis Coquelin, Santi Cazorla, Lukas Podolski, Aaron Ramsey and Olivier Giroud. Players like Gervinho, Alex Ox-Lade Chamberlain, Jack Wilshere and serge Gnabry are all expected to come on as substitutes.

QPR team news:

QPR don’t have any new injury worries coming into this game, with only striker Andy Johnson being sidelined due to a long term knee injury.
