One thing my pastor, says and always will tell his congregation is that we don't play church, we are not bench warmer's we are here to praise God,maybe, you don't believe in God, and that is solely, on you,but you do believe in something. Do you take your beliefs, with a whole heart, willing to defend and fight for what you believe in no matter who tries to stop you?
Weather, it be something you see, or can not see, this philosophy applies to you as a fighter or not, so tell me do you have an marketing strategy to win? This is what I had to do to see an shift in my small business web marketing. I saw a little banner on Face book that gave five key points of what a winner was on one side, and on the other what a loser was.
I kind of scanned the first four, but at the bottom I saw this, "Winner's Make Things Happen" , "Loser's Wait For Things to Happen" then I remembered the words of my pastor,Three years, I had been following a bench warmer marketing strategy, I took action, but I would do one or two things, and then go into wait mode, and I would wait. When things seemed to not be happen, I would repeat what I just did.
Take some action then wait. That is a bench warmer in business.
Don't follow this marketing strategy, start your day in research, view forums, use Google webmaster tools, read the news surrounding your niche, even volunteer your time in the community. See, what people are asking about related to your niche, provide an answer, you become the expert.
Once, your an expert more people will listen to you, when they begin to trust your small business web marketing , they will share you with people they know, eventually, referral getting will be an involuntary act, but always, be willing to step up , and ask for the referral, if people know anyone else, that could benefit from your service.

I do agree with your demand, although, I'm not a drug user nor I wish to be...
