You Will Be Unhealthy If You Don't Eat Meat
This is a common misconception and the simple answer is no you won't. It has been proven to be far more healthier in terms of lower in fat and lower in cholesterol. You also reduce your risk of developing cancer, diabetes and heart problems. As long as you eat a well balanced diet you will be fine and healthier than meat eaters.
Aren't Humans Meant To Eat Meat?
Humans are not natural carnivores. We are naturally herbivores, which means we can exist on both plant derived food stuffs and meat.
Plants Are Alive But You Eat Them
Plants do not have central nervous systems like animals do. They therefore do not have the ability to feel pain.
If You Don't Eat Meat Then There Will Be Farm Animals In The Street
We have to be realistic and assume that not everyone is going to become vegetarian overnight. All meat animals are bred on a supply and demand basis. As people slowly give up meat, the number of animals that are reared for meat will slowly decrease.
Animals Eat Other Animals
Although this is true, they are doing this because they are acting on instinct and have no other choice. We however can choose whether to eat meat or plant based food.
