Advertisement is BackBone for FMCG.


FMCG products require marketing,Marketing is done to launch a product. So if i have to launch a new product in the market Advertisement is a must.
 
In late 40 and 50, the ads were only resited to Newspaper and local informations which people use to share with other over a phone or by verbal communication. But when technology changed and Television came in to picture and we can show a video based add with a Famous actress then people get attracted towards the products and commericals.
 
When you see what a commerical you see,the impact you carry allow the product market value and price will vary according to the Brand margin. The Brand margin plays a major role in this world. If a new company launches a product in the market without doing Advertisements, what will be the impact on new customers.
 
Customers always prefer to try new things in their life, if product is not marketed properly but it is able to reach huge mass, then the impact will be large and more consumer will be using the product. So if the Product have a good market value then there is no need for marketting it on TV or Radio.
 
Indian Economy is dependent on Farming and the product which is produced here, send largely to western market and quality of these goods will be more compared to other Goods available in the Market. Indian consumer products are less marketted but used in rural areas where old generation supports the usage of these products without marketing.
 
Indian consumers are mostly dependent on western market products, If the consumer is buying a soap or a cram his targetted volume will be Western companies because it bring prestige and status to his family in the society.
 
Indian buyers will raise the GDP of our country but if we market our products what will be impact of our goods in western countries. Can we increase the producton and export it other countries with Branding "MADE IN INDIA".
 
The consumer in Indian economy is mostly depends on quality products, so we require Advertisements on large scale but if  the product is Indian product then marketting is not required.
 
Marketting is Backbone of Product But No product can run without Ads, so without marketting the product no one will come to know about a product. So Advertisement is a must in todays Industry.
