Water is the cheapest and easiest way to keep your body healthy.

By drinking water regularly throughout the day, you have maintained your body fluid, and off from thirst.

The component consists in the water could create lots of advantages for the drinker. I am not saying that water is like medicine. But when you maintain proper body fluid, you are keeping yourself healthy and by that you are gaining advantages!

Here are some of the advantages by drinking water:

  • It boosts up your stamina and energy.
  • Keeps your body healthy.
  • Helps you sleep at night.
  • Keep you off Depression (prevent Emo-emo feeling!)
  • You skin would be more hydrated and not dry.
  • Preventing heart, brain or lung diseases (not heartache though).
  • Keeping your eyes moisturized.

And there is another advantage! Water keeps you from dehydration! Dehydration is a state where your body do not get enough fluid. This state could make your lips feel dry, you might suffer from headache, easily tired, dry eyes, dizzy, just not feel healthy at all.

So, Water sounds magical right?

Well, it is not magical at all; it is just that some people might not realize the importance and advantages water could bring to them.

Drink more water from now on and regularly as well. At least drink 8 glasses everyday, clean and cooked water that is. Be happy and healthy!
