For a an average person, we wake up at around six or seven in the morning to prepare ourselves for the busy day ahead. At around eight or nine, we come to work and work on the job we were paid to do. The job ends at around five in the afternoon and most of us go out to enjoy ouselves to relieve the stress we had for the day. After a drink or two we decide to go home and call it a day. We eat dinner with our family and turn off the lights to rest. This routine have been incorporated in us, this is just a normal day in one's normal life. I am not normal.

I do not do things the way it was meant to be, I am using a different routine, a nocturnal one. I start my day at around eight in the evening where I wake up and prepare myself for work. I begin my work at around nine in the evening and go home at around six in the morning. I take a pill and call it a day and sleep at around seven in the morning. It is the other way around of how we practice our daily routine.

I have done a lot of adjustments to integrate such process into my body and it has a good side and a bad one. The good side is that you are paid more than the day shift and you find yourself in a peaceful atmostphere where there are no crowdy side walks or traffic jams. The bad however is that in a way it affects your lifestyle and your health. You cannot enjoy much of a night out activity and that you will not have any time for your friends. You body deteriorates because it takes time to adjust to this lifestyle which causes the body strain and stress during your first month. Your eyebugs will be very visible and you will be irritated when the sun touches your sight. However, if you have successfully adjusted to this lifestyle, you will find it fun and different in a way that you will appreciate the beauty in it.

What could be beautiful about it? Appreaciating the other side. The beauty of the night experienced first hand. The quiet environment, the peaceful breeze, the shinning stars and the gentle moon. It is not too hot during the night, it is also not that cold. Everything is just perfect and your body moves with it. Not much stress around you but a very cool atmostphere to work with. At the end of your day, you wil find yourself back for more. Trust me, I did.

I will never regret choosing this lifestyle. I have learned to enjoy it and to live it. I think it is time you consider it.
