50 Ways to Earn Money on the Internet Part 2

For part 1, see the link at the bottom of the article

In my last article, I gave you 25 ways to earn money online. In this article, I will give you 25 more. I try to give you a little information on each one and suggest specific sites when I know them, but you can find plenty of information on any of these topics just by doing a quick internet search. I hope you find this topic helpful. It has certainly been helpful to me.

26. Find Work as an SEO expert.
Lately, SEO experts are very in demand. If you have skills with search engine optimization and understand how to use online keyword tools, you can easily earn an income providing companies and websites with valuable website traffic and rating information.

27. Market your creative skill on fiverr.
Do you have a special talent or skill? Fiverr offers you a way to make money doing nearly anything five dollars at a time. Draw pictures on your sidewalk in chocolate syrup or do a dance in a funny costume. Seriously, if you can think of something interesting to do, there are people who will pay you to do it.

28. Transcribe videos for money.
You can earn a living just by watching videos and typing up the dialogue and narration. In fact, some video transcriptionists earn a decent hourly wage. If you’re having trouble getting transcription jobs, try offering to transcribe people’s youtube videos for a backlink to your home page in the video’s description.

29. Earn money selling prints of your artwork.
If you have artistic skills, you may be able to make money selling prints of your artwork. Whether you draw, paint, sculpt, or take photographs, there is a market for prints of your work. Find a website that offers custom printing and a free store page. I believe red dot used to be one of the big names in this field, but it’s been a while.

30. Work as a paid online tutor.
There are a number of websites that hire people to work as tutors and homework helpers online. Consider applying for one of these sites or set up your own business with a website and facebook page. If you teach well and your rates are reasonable, you should have little problem finding work.

31. Get paid to talk on a language learning site.
This is an interesting one, though as far as I have seen it is difficult to find honest work in this field. Some companies offer paid video chat to people looking to learn a specific language and hire people to guide them in natural conversation. As with the survey sites, be very careful with signing up for one of these sites. There are more scammers than honest companies.

32. Work as a translator.
Websites and companies are making an effort to reach a larger audience by having their pages and articles translated into other languages. If you speak another language well, you could easily earn your living as a translator. To find your first jobs, check out elance, odesk, and freelancer.com.

33. Get crafty with a custom jewelry store.
If you’re good at making jewelry or other crafts, you can sell your creations on a site like etsy or set up shop with a facebook page and paypal account.

34. Go for the prize money.
While it’s not the best business strategy, entering online writing and art contests can be a way to earn a little money. You’re never guaranteed a prize, but there’s always a chance your work could be selected for a cash prize, especially if you always enter your best work and pay close attention to contest rules and regulations.

35. Sell Custom Wordpress Themes
I’ve never been much for Wordpress. I’m a blogger girl myself, but creating and selling Wordpress themes can be very profitable. Most bloggers prefer writing to designing and many are willing to pay for their blogs to look as good as they sound.

36. Sell your articles to companies, individuals, and websites
While I personally prefer to post my articles on expertscolumn and draw residual income from them over time, I still think selling articles on websites like Constant Content is worth a mention. They won’t accept just anything, so you’d better polish your articles before submitting, but you can set your own prices and choose just which rights you want to sell.

37. Build andrioid or iphone apps for companies and websites.
Companies are no longer satisfied with having mobile sites. Many of them want to have their own app as well. If your coding skills are up to par, you may want to look for jobs coding small programs or applications for cell phones or tablets.

38. Sell items in an online store.
Like a brick and mortar store, running an online shop can be a lot of work. But the overhead is lower and the hours are often a lot more flexible. If you’d like to try running your own business buying and selling items, why not start with an online shop? And remember, content sells. Adding informative articles and web content to your site will bring you plenty of extra traffic.

39. Find employees for big businesses
Some companies offer payment for successful employee leads. It takes good people skills and an eye for research but if you have what it takes you could end up with a full time headhunting gig.

40. Plan events and parties
While this is more or less a local opportunity, working as a party or event planner also counts as an online opportunity because most of your business can be done online or over the phone. If you love planning parties or big events, consider printing out some business cards and setting up a website or facebook page offering your services.

41. Give a private concert.
Many bands and artists have begun using google plus and other video chat software to host private live concerts online. Whether you’re part of a band or an artist just making a name for yourself, you may be able to earn money hosting paid private online concerts or fundraisers.

42. Teach your skills on video chat.
Just as musicians can use video chat to host concerts, anyone with a teachable skill can make money giving private lessons. Consider teaching music, language, or any skill you know and understand well enough to teach.

43. Edit documents and writing for money.
Offer your editing skills as a paid editor. Every good writer knows that it’s always best to have a second set of eyes look over their work, especially if the new person has decent editing skills. You can make money editing everything from homework and essays to blog posts and magazine articles.

44. Find people or facts as a private investigator
Whether you have a private investigator license or just know how to find the information people need to solve a problem, you can earn money finding facts. Even better, most of the information you’ll need is readily available online.

45. Become a paid expert
Sites like yahoo voices and knoji pay writers to answer questions. The pay is usually fairly low but you’d be making money talking about things you already know and understand. The best part of this job is that you can work as much or as little as you like.

46. Make money with your coding and programming skills.
Unlike writing, which nearly everyone can do to a degree, most people don’t know a thing about coding or programming. If you’re skilled in either, check out paid coding sites like RentaCoder and earn a little extra money with your skills.

47. Help others build better lives.
An interesting employment option is that of a personal life coach. Help people to challenge themselves, grow, and learn while making money. It’s difficult to start a business as a life coach, but if you succeed, it can be both lucrative and rewarding.

48. Review products online.
Websites like Knoji pay for well written, quality product or company reviews. If you look at each new product with a critical eye and love sharing your opinion, you may find that becoming a professional product reviewer is the way to go.

49. Become an online telemarketer or call consultant
Many companies are finding that it is just as easy to hire someone to take calls from their home computers as it is to hire someone in person. Many big companies even offer in house training for work at home phone representatives. If your town has a call center, consider asking them if they have any online opportunities.

50. Work as online tech support
Many websites offer online tech support and consulting. Though there is often some degree of training involved, you can get paid to help people navigate websites, place orders, or troubleshoot their software from the comfort of your own home.

…And More

These are just fifty of the many ways to make money online. Most freelancers or independent contractors utilize a number of these methods, creating a unique business that works for them. If you really want to earn money from home and are willing to put in the work and research required to do so, you’ll be glad to know that there are plenty of great opportunities available. You just have to put in the effort to find them.
