Today both professional and amateur writers all over the world are blessed with several ways of making money online from their articles or columns. The most common way to earn money online for writers is through writing articles and getting them published online.
I’m going to use this column to introduce you to five legitimate online writing sites that pay writers to publish their content with them.
Let us take a look at these great online writing sites:

1. Expertscolumn comes in at number one for being a very fantastic online writing site that writers can join and get paid to write articles. Expertscolumn accepts writers from all over the world so you need not worry where you are coming from. So far as you can express yourself in passable English then you can make money from Expertscolumn. The great thing about Expertscolumn is that the site pays its writers based on the number of views that their articles get. The more views you get, the more money you make. I recently joined Expertscolumn and I must confess so far it has been extremely good for me both financially and otherwise. Expertscolumn has two payment options writers can choose from to get their money: Paypal and Moneybookers. You can request payment anytime your account balance reaches $5.00.

2. My second pick is Triond. I have been a member of Triond for several years now. At the initial stages I wasn’t taking Triond too seriously until a friend of mine advised me to change my attitude as there was great money making potential in Triond. According to him all I needed to do to make good money from Triond was to publish more and more articles and get them in front of as many people as possible. I took his advice and today I am smiling because of that. I’m making good money with Triond and receive Western Union payment once every month from Triond. Triond also works just like Expertscolumn does, they pay you according to the number of views that your article generates. The company pays between $1.50 and $3.00 for every thousand views that your articles generate, which is far greater than Expertscolumn payment rates. Triond is hands down one of the greatest online writing sites to make money from. Triond is extremely flexible and anybody can join it. The site has three payment options for writers: Paypal (min balance being $0.50), Western Union (min balance being $50.00), Check (min balance being $50.00).

3. Associated Content is my third pick. If you are a citizen of the United States then Associated Content is your best choice as you stand a great chance of making good money there. The sad thing about this site is that if you are not a US citizen above the age of 18 then you cannot participate in their fantastic earning program. With Associated Content you can make more money from writing than the above sites put together. The site pays only through Paypal.

4. Review Stream is a very good site for writers to earn money. At Review Stream, like the name suggests, you write reviews for products and for each review that is accepted you earn an amazing $2.00. You can write on hundreds of different products and services – there are so many products you can choose from you’d be literally spoilt for choice. The site pays you the moment your balance in your account hits $50.00. Payments are made only via Paypal.

5. eHow is my next online writing site that I want to introduce to you. I know many writers who are earning a minimum of $1,000 from eHow every month. Many writers earn even more than that figure. But sadly the site is restricted to only writers from the United States who are 18 and above. With eHow, you can make money from publishing how-to articles, photos and even videos. The site is probably the highest paying online writing site. Many writers on this site have quit their day jobs and are spending all their time working for this site. If I lived in America of course I’d do the same, for eHow is a very lucrative site for writers.

I used to write for Associated content, and loved it, but then they changed to paying U.S. citizens only, which really annoyed me since I put a fair bit of effort into the site, and it was also my favourite site. Not any more. :(
Triond, Squidoo and Expertscolumn are my favourites now.

I have to check out the Review Stream. That sounds nice and cool. Thanks for sharing these five online writing sites that pay. Keep it up! :)

The pleasure is mine. I hope that you have a good experience with Review Stream.
