3,000 Views and a New Look

The freelance life has its ups and downs but today I have two reasons to celebrate. The first is that my Expertscolumn articles hit 3,000 views this morning. The second is that I finally got around to redesigning my blog, complete with a shiny new header. Two great things in one day. How awesome is that?

Actually, this whole weekend has been pretty great, sinus infection aside. I received not one but two Cathryn Michon books in the mail, and yes, I started reading them both. I finally had a single article get over 300 views (How iWriter is Like a Game and Why You Should Play) and my Expertscolumn account hit the three thousand view mark. This is also the first day I've ever received over 200 views before noon. And, of course there's the new blog header which I designed last night. I like the way it looks and hope you do too. I put a lot of effort into it.

I'm really excited about the changes I've made over the past few weeks and the changes I'm planning for the future. I'll be sure to tell both my expertscolumn readers and blog followers more about them but for now, it's nearly nine in the morning and I've been up all night. It's time for me too get some rest. I have a big deadline this week. ;)
