Today it’s one week since starting this Ice Cream Diet Challenge. On day seven, how am I feeling? Am I losing body fat since eating ice cream twice each day? Is the extra calcium working to help me lose body fat, as scientist suspect?

I keep mentioning my goal of “feeling better.” I’m willing to try just about anything to find the level of health and fitness I’ve always wanted to feel. If it takes me down the road to an Ice Cream Diet, I’m willing to give it a try too.

This 30 Day Ice Cream Diet Challenge, is measuring up with the 30 day Weight Loss Mini Stepper Challenge(Parts 1-6). How so? There are a few troubled spots(fat), as I call them, on my body. They are: my thighs, stomach, and upper and lower back area. My transformation from obese to fit, has gone very well, but I still haven’t achieved the body I’d like. Just as with that mini stepper routine, I saw good results in the first week. I knew good things were happening with my body, and I’m feeling the same by eating ice cream.

The biggest noticeable change and why I’m excited.

I’m noticing a smoothness to my thighs, and I’m very pleased with it. The reason I’m so happy with this, is because when I’m losing weight, the first area on my body to make noticeable change is my thighs. I also notice a slight change to my chest, but when I start losing on my thighs, it means my stomach and back are next. They are the areas I need to still work on. My thighs are actually looking pretty good, so it leaves my stomach and back to let go of fat next. I don’t like to feel uncomfortable in my clothes, and my stomach and back, does that. I anticipate that within the next week, I’ll have a very noticeable change. This next week, I’ll be traveling, working, and doing a lot of outdoor activities. I can’t wait to see the changes I’ll make a week from now.
